Professional support.
People you can connect with
Reaching out can feel easier when you know who you will be speaking with.
At UrSpace EAP, our team brings warmth, professional experience and practical support to conversations about life and work. Whether you are managing workplace pressure, relationship difficulties or a challenging period, we take the time to understand what matters to you.
Support from people who genuinely care
As part of Watkins Therapy Group, we connect employees across Australia with qualified therapists who bring different perspectives, areas of interest and approaches to their work.
Alongside our core team, we have a large national network of associate therapists, providing access to a broader range of practitioners and locations. Our intake team can help you explore suitable options based on your needs, location and availability.
Our Team
The counsellors featured below are part of our broader national network and do not represent our entire team. UrSpace EAP also works with experienced associate therapists across Australia, helping us provide accessible support across different locations, time zones and areas of need.

Support for life, as well as work
Your concerns do not need to be work-related to access EAP counselling.
Our team can support you with personal challenges, relationships, stress, grief, confidence and change, alongside difficulties you may be experiencing at work.
Counselling is confidential. Employers do not receive your counselling notes or details of your conversations. Your counsellor will explain confidentiality and its limits before you begin.
Confidentiality Matters
Employees need to trust that they can use an EAP without their private information being shared with their workplace.
Counselling sessions are confidential. Employers are not given access to an employee’s counselling notes, appointment discussions or personal clinical information.
Organisations may receive de-identified and aggregated usage information where this forms part of their EAP agreement. Reporting is intended to help organisations understand general utilisation and promote the service effectively, without identifying individual employees.
There may be limited circumstances where information must be disclosed due to legal, ethical or safety obligations. These circumstances are explained to clients as part of the counselling consent process.
