Support from people who genuinely care
Proudly part of Watkins Therapy Group, our team supports employees with personal, relationship and workplace challenges in a confidential, respectful and practical environment. Each counsellor brings their own experience, therapeutic approach and areas of interest, helping you find someone who feels like the right fit.
Appointments are available through telehealth Australia-wide, with in-person counselling available in selected locations. If you do not see a counsellor who feels like the right fit, our team can help connect you with another suitable therapist from our Australia-wide network.
Our Team.
The counsellors featured below are part of our broader national network and do not represent our entire team. UrSpace EAP also works with experienced associate therapists across Australia, helping us provide accessible support across different locations, time zones and areas of need.

Finding the Right Counsellor
A strong connection with your counsellor can make a meaningful difference.
You are welcome to choose the counsellor who feels right for you, or our team can help match you with someone based on your needs, preferences, location and appointment availability.
Your sessions are confidential. UrSpace EAP does not provide your employer with your identity, counselling notes or details about what you discuss.

Counseller-led Support
UrSpace is backed by the counselling team and professional oversight of Watkins Therapy Group.
Our counsellors are appropriately qualified, insured and registered with recognised professional associations, including PACFA and ACA where applicable.
Our team supports employees experiencing workplace concerns as well as personal challenges that may affect their wellbeing, relationships or ability to function at their best.
Employees can review available counsellors and choose someone whose experience, availability and approach feel suitable.
Confidentiality Matters
Employees need to trust that they can use an EAP without their private information being shared with their workplace.
Counselling sessions are confidential. Employers are not given access to an employee’s counselling notes, appointment discussions or personal clinical information.
Organisations may receive de-identified and aggregated usage information where this forms part of their EAP agreement. Reporting is intended to help organisations understand general utilisation and promote the service effectively, without identifying individual employees.
There may be limited circumstances where information must be disclosed due to legal, ethical or safety obligations. These circumstances are explained to clients as part of the counselling consent process.
