Values Based Teams
Culture = Values x Behaviour
This program has been designed to help teams embody their values and get their values off the wall and into the board room. All too often organisations have a set of values that are not known, lived or relevant to their people or the way they do business.

The course will provide the forum to reflect on and share individual, team and organisational values. This micro to macro approach highlights both the common and disparate values and gives teams the opportunity to understand what drives their peoples behaviours.
