Why Organisations choose Urspace
Australian Owned & Operated
UrSpace EAP is part of Watkins Therapy Group, an Australian-owned counselling and workplace wellbeing provider.
Australia-Wide Access
Employees can attend by telehealth or phone from anywhere in Australia. In-person appointments are also available at selected Victorian locations.
Qualified Counsellors
Our counsellors are appropriately qualified, insured and registered with recognised professional associations.
Confidential Support
Counselling is private. Employers do not receive counselling notes or information about what an employee discusses.
Employers may receive de-identified utilisation reporting in accordance with their EAP agreement.
Choice and Continuity
Employees can select from available counsellors, helping them find someone whose experience and approach suit their needs.
Flexible Partnerships
We work particularly well with small and medium organisations seeking an EAP that is responsive, transparent and easier for employees to understand and use.
Confidential support, without the runaround
Accessing an EAP should not feel complicated.
Employees can book through the UrSpace portal or contact our team for assistance. They can review available counsellors, select an appointment format and choose a suitable time.
Our approach is personal, practical and designed to help people access support before challenges become harder to manage.

A clearer picture of workplace wellbeing
Our workplace wellbeing check-ins and Adesso Wellbeing Profiles can help organisations better understand the factors influencing employee wellbeing.
These services can provide a useful starting point for workplace conversations, education and practical wellbeing planning.
They are not designed to diagnose employees or replace professional clinical assessment.

Mental Health
First Aid Training
UrSpace and Watkins Therapy Group deliver Mental Health First Aid training for workplaces, leaders and teams.
Training helps participants recognise signs that someone may be experiencing a mental health problem, approach the person, offer initial support and encourage appropriate professional help.
Training can be delivered online or for workplace groups by arrangement.
